Working with sheet metal, these vessels form the beginning of an exploration of surface texture. The vessels are layered with repeated hammered marks and textile patterns with different mark making techniques. Uniform patterns are blended with imprints that are either intentionally formed or involuntarily picked up as the making process evolves.
